Apparently Ross Anderson, bekannter
Schwerenöter des Computerlabs der
University of Cambridge.

Relativ legendäre Aktion desselbigen labs:

Nach Einlangen eines Major Funds von
Microsoft an die ehrwürdige Institution
Cambridge hatte das Computerlab
auftragsgemäß einen extensiven
Lösungsvorschlag entwickelt.

Kern: MS-Seriennummern von Betriebssystemen
und Applikationen sollten routinemäßig über
die Bildschirmstrahlung quasi
ge/broadcasted werden.

Im Anschluss entwarf man für MS die
Logistik automobiler Patrouillen in
britischen Städten mit HF-Messgeräten.

Das Projekt wurde nach Überreichung an den
Auftraggeber blitzschnell schubladisiert.

A company called IIR Limited has organised
a conference called Crypto 99 which is NOT
